Reservation Calendar

 

The Community Center is available for anyone to use for gatherings, workshops, private events, etc.

 

 

Amenities include: 450 square feet, an efficiency kitchen, CD player, filtered water service, TV with DVD player, folding tables and chairs, massage tables, white boards and markers, student cubicles, and restrooms. See full description and prices on our About page.

 

 

 

Pricing:

$25 an hour

$175 a day

2+ consecutive days at $150 a day

 

   

 

Please read and follow the instructions COMPLETELY:

  1. Check the calendar below for availability. If the dates you want are available, you can reserve the Community Centerby
    emailing Judith Winston at judithjwinston@hotmail.com or by calling 919-906-3528.


  2. In your Reservation email (with the subject line "Community Center Scheduling"), you must provide the following required information about the event. Please copy the list below into your email and fill it out completely before sending it to Judith.
  1. Title of event
  2. Event leader
  3. Date of event (including year)
  4. Time of event (start to finish)
  5. Event fee for attendees
  6. Reservation required?
  7. Contact person and information
  8. Website
  9. Event Description (50 words or less)
  10. Set up time (example: 15 minutes)
  11. Breakdown time
  12. Your name
  13. Your phone number

NOTE: When sending an email to schedule the Community Center,
please include "Community Center Scheduling" in the subject line.

  1. Scheduling is on a first come, first serve basis.
  2. Reserve 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your event for
    set-up and break-down time.
  3. Your reservation will be held for one week.
  4. You will be sent a contract to fill out and an invoice to return with a check for the entire amount due. NOTE: This fee is not refundable.
  5. If the contract & check have not been received within 7 days, the reservation will be removed from the calendar.

 

 

Terms and Conditions

 

Each practitioner sets their own terms and conditions.  Generally, sessions range from one to two hours. This may include the intake session, bodywork and session feedback. Be prepared to fill out a health history form at your first session.

 

Most practitioners require twenty-four hour notice to cancel an appointment. Speak with individual practitioners regarding session charges. Most practitioners will require clients to pay for an appointment that is not cancelled without twenty-four hour notice. Most practitioners require payment upon session completion. Please make your check payable to the individual practitioner.

 

Although these practitioners are located in the same office, they are separate businesses and are not in partnership with Health Touch NC LLC or with each other.
