Train Your Mind
What if you could stop beating yourself up and invite the change you’ve been seeking by embracing ALL of you? “Goddess” energy means unconditional love, patience, humor, and compassion. “Warrior” energy means clear, focused, accountable, and determined. Warrior Goddess Circle of Support
As women we are searching for a new freedom, the freedom from self-judgment, comparison, and struggle. The freedom from trying to take care of everyone else and forgetting ourselves in the process. The freedom to be the women we are meant to be.
Imagine giving yourself this freedom: to be you, 100%, and to love all of you. Yes, you can learn to love and accept all of you.
Join in a dynamic, experiential class series (blended with Nia dance) where together we will create a new foundation for healing, power, and transformation.
In this four-part series you will learn how to:
• Commit to yourself with compassion and humor
• Unwind old agreements and beliefs that no longer serve you
• Find your authentic expression
• Walk with joy on your path of transformation, even when it is challenging
Dates: Jan 5, 12, 19, & 26

This is an offering from my heart. I’m not a therapist, but trauma has long been an important subject to me. Trauma is subjective, and doesn’t occur just when there is physical danger. Trauma affects many things, including the connection with the Divine.
So what do people do when the trauma they suffered is tied to religion? How can they safely nurture their spirituality? I am hosting an interest meeting to create a new support group, Reclaiming Spirit, to address this.
The mission of Reclaiming Spirit is to empower those wounded by institutional religion to confidently claim their divine authority and shares what nurtures their unique spiritual journey. The vision is to be a peer led support group.
We will meet Thursday, Nov. 8, at 7 pm at Health Touch NC in Durham. Visit the Facebook Event for more info, or to share with someone else. This group will meet monthly on an ongoing basis. a $5-10 donation to cover the rent is welcome.
