Somatic Experiencing: Somatic Experiencing is a holistic approach to healing the effects of unresolved traumatic events and life stressors. It is useful for resolving trauma symptoms, expanding mind/body awareness, easing chronic pain, reducing stress and anxiety and developing a deeper connection with self and others.
Psychotherapy: Psychotherapy is a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches to psychotherapy, as well as advanced training in trauma resolution. The focus is primarily integrative and may include cognitive behavioral, cognitive processing, solution-focused, holistic, person-centered, Christian, and experiential techniques.
