Whole Brain Balancing: Deep Diver
Following the emotionally fluid Pisces season in March; we learned to cultivate a self-compassionate response to our unresolved internal conflict. Facing self-deception holds the promise of transforming our delusions.
Repressed traumatic memories of unresolved events can underpin some of our strongest, and most stubborn, subconscious beliefs and behaviors. The conscious mind may conceal them; but inevitably, we express them subconsciously, through our thoughts and feelings.
You are called to look beyond the surface of things for your answer. Let your intuition propel you into the water, allowing your memories to swirl around you and your emotions to well up as you face the unknown. Your curiosity will be your greatest guide. You’ll surely discover something wondrous to bring back to everyone who is wading by the shore. But only you will truly know the value of your discovery. Are you willing to do the work? Dive in, make the commitment to see it through, and you’ll be amazed.

This month, bravely consider how your cloaked past may be driving your motivations. I have observed that clients who are willing to address their trauma, witness accelerated results from PSYCH-K balances, by releasing its grip on their subconscious mind.
Trauma impacts affect our body, mind, brain, and soul. Understandably; healthy resistance to trauma healing is grounded in the original response from our nervous system. Feeling emotionally overwhelmed by experiences we could not process as children immediately “freezes” neuronal and muscle memory and disrupts a felt sense of safety.
Following my recent trauma studies with Thomas Hübl, I included Trauma Healing (as one of three inter-related modalities) in my Whole Brain Balancing practice. I developed valuable insight and skill required to advance my personal trauma healing journey by performing numerous Trauma balances, one of a dozen PSYCH-K change processes available.
PSYCH-K’s Trauma balance quickly and easily releases individual, ancestral or collective trauma accumulated from childhood events and adult experiences. Non-verbally; it directly accesses the subconscious mind, and integrates both hemispheres of the brain; while tapping the super-conscious mind. This balance effectively addresses any distressful emotional state; past, present or future. I encourage you to consider its value as we move through the spring equinox awakening.
Ironically; my eagerness to share this innovative trauma healing modality, resulted in resistance from many clients. Understandably; because isolation, guilt and shame often result from traumatic experiences; especially those occurring in childhood.
Today; I honor this resistance to addressing trauma by sharing how common trauma is, based on current findings. Perhaps this knowledge will alleviate your own misgivings. This research entails the ACE study which is the most comprehensive trauma study to date. The Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE) Study determined the following outcomes.
Over two-thirds (67%) of all adults have unresolved trauma, often from early life stress, without even realizing it. Trauma impacts everything from chronic fatigue, anxiety, and burnout to relationship problems and financial anxiety. These events have a major impact on every aspect of our lives, and are the number one most underexposed risk factor for chronic complex illness today. This can lead to a dramatically increased risk in 7 out of the top 10 causes of death, as well as a 20-year reduction in lifespan.
Fortunately, the psychological, neurological, and biochemical impacts of trauma can be mitigated; allowing for healing and thriving in unimagined ways. Further; sometimes, our unresolved trauma is not even ours. Rather; it is inherited from our ancestors and/or absorbed from humanity’s collective unconscious field.
Think about that…
